Victoria Gratopp Founder and visionary of Biltmore Brokers
Victoria Gratopp’s expertise as a Broker in the Phoenix area spawns from many years of experience, as well as intellect.
She has a wide range of skills she developed as a sales manager for a major builder and as an independent broker
representing both buyers and sellers of unique properties. Victoria lives and works in the Biltmore area and has a
special passion for her client’s wants and needs in this unique, historic district of Arizona with the diverse real estate opportunities surrounding it.
Why Use a Broker?
Biltmore Brokers engages only Brokers licensed by the State of Arizona.
Arizona issues two types of real estate licenses: a salesperson's license and a Broker's license.
Broker's must meet much tougher educational and experience standards. If your real estate agent is not a
Broker, the agent must be supervised by a broker who is ultimately responsible for the agent’s performance.
In a crisis, your transaction may hinge on backup support from your agent's broker.
